The bride and her bridesmaids can enjoy the entire 2nd level of the farmhouse. One room is dedicated as the bridal suite with make-up vanities, seating, and a view overlooking the back yard ceremony area. A second room is dedicated just for the bride to use for dressing or as needed. A large fully-equipped bathroom with 3 vanities is down the hall.
The groom and his groomsmen also use the farmhouse, but remain on the main level behind the French doors. There is a lounge equipped with a bar, seating, and suiting area.
The farmhouse offers 3 rooms attached all together to include the greeting room, kitchen, and living room where guests can socialize with cocktails and snacks in the A/C. Outside games will be set up for convenience to include Giant Jenga, Giant Connect Four, Bocce Ball, Croquet, Can Jam, Disc Bottle game, and Corn Hole.
The backyard of the farmhouse has full oak tree coverage and is set up with historic church pews with a wide stone aisle down the middle. Just steps from the back entrance of the farmhouse, the walk to the alter is short and sweet.
Our open air dining pavilion can also be used for a ceremony space in case of rain or inclement weather. Or, if you choose, you can rent an additional tent for back yard coverage.
Next to the ceremony area is a 70-foot open air pavilion for dining. String lights and tree coverage overhead, you can dine in shade and ambiance. After dinner, the garden terrace overlooking the flower fields re-opens for celebration equipped with a bar, games, fireplace, cocktail tables, and bistro seating.
In addition to the indoor heated and cooled bathrooms offered in the farmhouse, fully plumbed outdoor bathrooms are located between the dining pavilion and the garden terrace.
Yes! Wifi access code is posted in the farmhouse.
We do not require that you use a certain vendor; all options are up to you and no surcharge is added for any vendor you chose. If you need help deciding, we have a preferred vendor list to offer some recommendations.
Guest parking is on-site on the right as you pull into the property. No parking is allowed on the street. Handicap parking is all the way up at the farmhouse. Cars may be left in the parking lot through the duration of your reservation.
